چکیده

In industrial systems, the K-out-of-N: G system is a prominent type of redundancy. The load sharing protects such from malfunctioning/destroying and avoids overload problem that affects reliability in significant manner. this paper we develop Markovian model load-sharing having non-identical repairable components wherein server may on working vacation. During his vacation period, repairs failed with different service rates rather than completely terminating rate. component gets immediately repaired by if not vacation, unequal distributed among remaining surviving components. lifetime each dependent followed exponential distribution failure rates. down due to common cause density which also exponentially distributed. We suggest closed structure analytic expressions for reliability, cost estimation other performance measures incorporating concept For solution aspiration, Runge-Kutta method utilized solve differential equations. Furthermore, perform numerical analysis two illustrations 1-out-of-3: 3-out-of-4: system. simulation carried out validation analytical results are exhibited compared giving outcomes neuro-fuzzy based fuzzy interference help MATLAB.

Posbist Reliability Theory of k-out-of-n: G System

A preliminary analysis of the posbist reliability of typical system structures was provided by Cai et al. [Fuzzy Sets and Systems 42: 145–172 (1991) and Microelectronics and Reliability 35(1): 49–56 (1995)]. In this paper, we provide a detailed analysis of the posbist reliability of k-out-of-n:G system structures. Expressions of the posbist reliability of k-out-of-n:G system is developed. It is...

k-OUT-OF-n-SYSTEM WITH REPAIR : T–POLICY

We consider a k-out-of-n system with repair under T -policy. Life time of each component is exponentially distributed with parameter λ. Server is called to the system after the elapse of T time units since his departure after completion of repair of all failed units in the previous cycle or until accumulation of n−k failed units, whichever occurs first. Service time is assumed to be exponential...

A Single Vacation Model G/M/1/K with N Threshold Policy

This paper studies a G/M/1/K queueing system, where the server applies an N policy and takes a single vacation when the system is empty. We provide a recursive method, using the supplementary variable technique and treating the supplementary variable as the remaining inter-arrival time, to develop the steady-state probability distributions of the number of customers in the system. The method is...

Availability Optimization of a Series Repairable System with Multiple k-out-of-n Subsystems

An availability model is developed to optimize the availability of a series repairable system with multiple k-out-of-n subsystems in this paper. There are two types of decision variables that determine the system designer’s decision to allocate the number of repairmen and to allocate the number of redundant components in each subsystem in the presence of weight, volume and cost constraint...

Condition-based Maintenance Problem of a Consecutive-k-out-of-n: F System with Load-Sharing Dependent Components

A maintenance problem of a linear consecutivek-out-of-n: F system with load-sharing dependent components is considered. This system consists of n components which are arranged linearly and fails if k consecutive components fail [1]. This system is commonly found in the integrated circuits, relay stations in telecommunication system, oil pipeline system, vacuum system in accelerators, and spacec...
